Monica L. Herrera received her B.A. from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1995. Ms. Herrera continued her education at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. She received her J.D. in 1999 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of the same year.
Ms. Herrera’s professional practice focuses on work-related accidents, personal injury, and immigration law. She has experience representing individuals as a result of on-the-job accidents, including catastrophic injuries and death. Ms. Herrera’s practice covers all aspects of the Texas workers’ compensation claim process starting with the initiation of their claim and all the way through administrative hearing and trial. Ms. Herrera is bilingual and has experience representing Spanish speaking injured workers. She also undertakes the representation of physicians and other health care providers in medical dispute resolutions.
